To ensure a safe, pleasant environment for all of our users, we have established these Terms of Use. In this way, you will know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Product Information Policy

THE original basket boutique US Headquarters reserves the right to change any description, specification, design or any other product information without notice if such change is deemed to be necessary and reasonable.
All products listed are described to the best of our knowledge and abilities based on information provided to us.
All care is taken to ensure all information is as accurate as possible.

Order Policy

You can view our product portfolio for ideas to create your custom baskets.
THE original basket boutique USA has a variety of ordering methods, by:

• Online custom order form
• E-mail
• Phone

Once you have made your order, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail with the order confirmation number along with the invoice. We advice you to print the invoice and save it for your records.

Then we will design your gift basket and make sure all your requirements are met.
Thank you & Receipt confirmation e-mail when the gift basket is delivered to the recipient.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
We accept local & international gift basket orders.

Payment policy

THE original basket boutique, USA has may payment options:

• Credit/debit cards
• Cash
• Cheques

Payment will be taken immediately from the credit/debit card used to place the order.
All your payment & credit/debit card information are kept confidential & safe.
We do not process your order if your card payment is declined for any reasons.
All payments are in US Funds.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

THE original basket boutique, USA will use FedEx or other reputable couriers for the delivery of the gift baskets.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is available but could incur addtional charges.

We deliver our gift baskets worldwide. For international deliveries, please contact us to view shipping rates to your desired destination.

Delivery to Canada & USA can be done with lowest local ground shipping rates!
We only ship to street addresses.

After receiving your payment, we usually ship your order within:

• Gourmet/baby basket:  1 working day
• Customized basket: 2 -3 working Days
• Events/Bulk: 3 – 4 Weeks

If, due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver on time we will try to contact you to make an alternative arrangement.

Regarding the gourmet/baby baskets:
If orders are received before 1:00PM, then you can receive the basket on the same day.
If orders are received after 1:00PM, then you will receive your order the next day.

Gifts will be delivered to the address that you specified in your online order form.
We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will do all we can to help track down your order.

We will inform you by e-mail once the recipient receives your gift.
If the recipient is unavailable, we will return the gift and reschedule another delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us by phone, contact form or e-mail immediately to cancel the order before it is delivered.

Refund/Return Policy

At THE original basket boutique, USA we do not refund or return gift baskets.
Please contact us if there is any problem regarding the gift basket. We promise that we will do our best to solve your problems, since your satisfaction is our main objective.
